- Is buying a home with a FlatAZ buyer's agent any different than a "traditional agent"?
Nope. You get a full service buyer's agent to handle your every need.
- How do I search homes online?
Your FlatAZ agent will set you up with your own personal search site, similar to that of Zillow, Trulia & Realtor.com, only ours is updated much more frequently. Save your favorite homes and request a private showing all from the site. We'll also notify you of any new listings that fit your parameters right when they hit the market.
- How do I view homes in person?
Easy! Give your personal FlatAZ buyer's agent a shout via text, phone or email and let them know you're ready to see some homes or request a showing right from your personalized search page! While it's not a requirement by any means, it's best that you have a "pre-qual" in place before going to view homes with your agent.
- What is a "Pre-Qual" and do I need that?
A "pre-qual" or loan pre-qualification is required to make an offer on a home. A pre-qual will determine your approved price range, interest rate and monthly payment You don't need a pre-qual to start receiving our services, but it's better to get that out of the way sooner rather than later. There's nothing worse than finding your dream home and not being ready for it! Don't stress it though, we'll guide you through it and get you heading in the right direction. If we can't answer your financing questions, we'll put you in contact with someone who can.
- How do I obtain a "Pre-Qual"?
Contact a lender of your choosing. Need a recommendation? We've got a great one! To obtain your pre-qual be prepared to provide the following:
Complete an online or verbal questionnaire.
