When you hire us you get a full service agent that handles your transaction from start to finish. You pay $3,000* (up to $299,999 Sale Price) from the proceeds of the sale at closing with no upfront fees. All services including are included and if we don't sell it, you don't pay!

So ask yourself, why pay more to get less from a traditional agent or leave tens of $1,000's on the table with an online buyer or "no hassle" investor?

  • Sale Price: $300,000 - $399,999 = $4,000 Flat Rate (Estimated Savings: $6,500 - $10,000)

  • Sale Price: $400,000 - $499,999 = $5,000 Flat Rate (Estimated Savings: $9,000 - $12,500)

  • Sale Price: $500,000 - $699,999 = $7,500 Flat Rate (Estimated Savings: $10,000 - $17,000)

  • Sale Price: $700,000 - $999,999 = $11,000 Flat Rate. (Estimated Savings: $13,500 - $24,000)

  • Sale Price: $1,000,000 or more = 1.5% of List Price (Estimated Savings: $20,000+)

What about the buyer's agent?

In the listing agreement you'll decide how much to pay a cooperating broker (buyer's agent). The typical commission to a buyer's agent is 2 to 3%.

If a FlatAZ Group agent brings the buyer you pay only 1.5% of purchase price in buyer’s agent commissions in addition to the listing fee.  This is another .5 to 1% savings to you, the Seller!
